8 WEEK SUMMER SESSION

Summer is just around the corner, and we are thrilled to announce our 8-week Summer session! This session is designed for those who don’t want to miss a beat this summer. It combines the rhythms of Camp Beat with the keys of Camp Keys, offering your child the opportunity to keep growing in music and maintain their progress.

Our Summer session is divided into two parts: the first 4 weeks will focus on all things rhythmic, while the next 4 weeks will get “all keyed up” by practicing on the keyboard. We believe that this combination of rhythm and keys will give your child a well-rounded musical experience, with plenty of opportunities for growth and development.

At Camp Beat, we'll discover BEAT, RHYTHM and drums from around the world in this NEW drumming camp. Your child will join our drum circle and help us change the world through music. In Camp Keys, our kids will experience the perfect pressure-free introduction to the keyboard as they Blast Off With Piano. They will enjoy musical games and time at the Keyboard with friends.

To give you a sneak peek at what's in store for your child, here's a clear and exciting timeline of events:

Day 1 - Welcome to Camp! We'll start with icebreakers, team building activities, and an introduction to the instructors.

Weeks 1-4 (Camp Beat)

• Week 1: Introduction to rhythm and drumming

• Week 2: Exploring the world of percussion

• Week 3: Learning rhythm patterns and how to play together

• Week 4: Putting it all together and creating our own drum circle

Weeks 5-8 (Camp Keys)

• Week 5: Introduction to the keyboard and basic concepts

• Week 6: Learning notes and simple melodies

• Week 7: Developing finger dexterity and playing with both hands

• Week 8: Playing together in an ensemble and creating our own music
